      As Vice President of Global Field & Partner Marketing, you will lead a worldwide team responsible for driving demand generation, pipeline acceleration, and partner engagement across all regions. This strategic leadership role requires a global mindset, deep expertise in field and partner marketing, and the ability to align regional execution with corporate objectives. You will collaborate with sales, partner alliances, and all functions of corporate marketing to deliver integrated programs that scale globally while meeting regional needs.

      You Will:

      • Define and execute both global field and partner marketing strategies aligned with corporate goals.
      • Lead and mentor regional field marketing directors and partner marketing managers across Americas, EMEA, and APJ.
      • Establish global governance and best practices for regional execution and partner engagement.
      • Develop and scale global partner marketing programs to drive joint pipeline with strategic partners.
      • Collaborate with partner alliances and channel teams to create co-marketing initiatives, MDF programs, and joint campaigns.
      • Oversee global demand generation field level programs, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution across regions.
      • Collaborate and help drive multi-touch campaigns leveraging digital, events, ABM, and partner-led initiatives.
      • Partner with marketing operations and analytics teams to implement global dashboards and KPIs for pipeline, ROI, and partner contribution.
      • Use insights to optimize programs and allocate resources effectively.
      • Establish bi-directional pipeline review cadence with Sales to effectively collaborate for program impact, leverage, and optimizations
      • Establish FMMs and PMM as the strategic marketing partner of Sales
      • Work closely with global sales leadership, product marketing, and campaign marketing teams to ensure alignment.
      • Champion AI-enabled productivity tools and data insights to augment team performance and reduce manual effort.
      • Ignite a culture of inclusivity, recognizing the strengths that individuals bring to the team to promote engagement and development opportunities
      • Other duties as assigned

      You Have:

      • 12+ years in B2B enterprise software marketing, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
      • Bachelor’s Degree required
      • Experience in the software market
      • Proven success in building and scaling high-performing global field and partner marketing teams.
      • Expertise in partner ecosystems and co-marketing strategies.
      • Strong understanding of global demand generation, ABM, and digital marketing.
      • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (Marketo, Salesforce).
      • Exceptional leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
      • Strategic thinker with operational excellence.
      • Ability to balance global consistency with regional flexibility.
      • Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.

      Smartsheet provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.

      US Base Salary Pay Range
      $272,500 $317,500 USD
