      Overview

      Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, the Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing new channels for acquisition and maximizing funnel engagement to make it easier for consumers to get behavioral health support. The Vice President of Marketing will lead cross-functional initiatives across product, design, operations, enterprise growth, clinical and business insights that define new business models, marketing and communication strategies, workflow improvements, partnership opportunities, and new integrated solutions. This role will be accountable to define tracking, reporting, and delivering business performance against priority corporate OKRs. This individual will also be responsible for evolving our brand strategy and tactics to establish our reputation among B2B (insurers/large employers) and B2C (insurers members/employees eligible for the AbleTo benefit) audiences.

      What You’ll Do:

      • Create the framework for AbleTo’s value proposition, including how AbleTo communicates with both current and prospective clients.
      • Lead client discussions on joint marketing strategy and plan
      • Develop and lead the implementation of a comprehensive and integrated communication and marketing plan that drives organization mission and increases brand awareness
      • Design, develop and ensure cohesive brand standards and identity across all marketing collateral including co-branded B2B2C creative through payer and employer channels
      • Oversee a team of marketers responsible for acquisition, engagement, retention, and re-engagement, building marketing strategies that are B2B, B2B2C, and referral based.
      • Ensure flawless execution of all acquisition and engagement initiatives lead by a marketing operations team.
      • Lead funnel engagement initiatives that personalize, orchestrate, and nudge consumers through the conversion funnel, developing a prioritized roadmap and project plans, coordinated solutions development and deployment with Marketing Operations and measurement plans with business insights.
      • Develop and implement go-to-market strategy and omnichannel tactics, designed to deliver high ROI, across health plan lines of business including commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid for all AbleTo products.
      • Orchestrate multi-media marketing campaigns including digital, social, SMS, direct mail, email, etc. with effective performance tracking.
      • Create research plans, assessing proprietary and third-party data, to develop deep consumer empathy, identify pain points, solutions, key value propositions, and consumer segmentation.
      • Partner with product to identify ideas and solutions that continuously optimize the user experience.

      • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business; MBA preferred.
      • 10+ years of strategic marketing leadership.
      • A minimum of five years experience in developing and implementing strategies and campaigns, preferably with or at a health plan or in a healthcare setting
      • 5+ years of people management experience with a track record of building a team, mentoring, coaching, and developing a strong culture.
      • Experience developing marketing strategies and campaigns with or at a health plan or in a healthcare setting.
      • Demonstrated abilities orchestrating omnichannel campaigns, with deep expertise in digital media.
      • Experience positioning products and messaging across multiple audiences, from business to consumer.
      • Proven success in creating and implementing strategic marketing plans that have grown revenue and market share.
      • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver results on complex initiatives.
      • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively influence across levels.
      • Strong, proven analytical skills and business acumen.

      The salary range is $175,000 to $200,000. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, AbleTo offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
