Job Description

System Updates: Monitor Oracle for system updates and packing schedule changes.
Inventory Processing: Process raw material receipts, ensuring all documents meet Panduit’s commercial requirements.
Discrepancy Resolution: Collaborate with warehouse technicians to resolve discrepancies in raw materials and finished goods.
Stock Management: Conduct stock checks, generate inventory reports, and ensure system accuracy.
Process Improvement: Drive efficiency by identifying and eliminating waste using the Plan-Do-Check-Act approach.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate domestic and international shipments while ensuring customs compliance.
Material Handling: Manage raw material transactions, including returns, exchanges, and temporary transfers.
Inventory Monitoring: Track critical raw materials and products and notify departments of shortages or irregularities.
Education: High school diploma required.
Experience: 1+ year in materials or warehouse role. Experience with cycle counting, inventory checks, investigations, and data entry preferred.
Project Management: Skilled with handling multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
Software: Proficient in Oracle, Microsoft Office, Warehouse Management Systems, and Yard Management Systems.
Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to identify issues, gather data, and develop well-documented solutions.
Customer Focus: Experience in resolving customer issues and navigating challenging situations effectively.

As one of our global shipping hubs, this location plays a critical role in serving customers around the world.
Join our team as a Warehouse Coordinator, where you'll ensure smooth inventory operations by verifying incoming materials, processing transactions, and maintaining accurate records in Oracle. Compensation: The expected base pay range for this role is $22 - $26 an hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
