- Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution
- Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients
- Ensures delivery tickets, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately
- Handles more complex orders
- Assists less experienced Warehouse personnel by providing guidance with job duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the maintenance and management warehouse equipment and supplies.
- Reports inventory levels to Branch Manager
- Ensures that proper cleaning, maintenance and storage of infusion pumps devices and other medical equipment should the branch not have a dedicated asset manager in place.
- Provide on the job training and development for warehouse team.
- Responsible for training and orienting new warehouse staff
- Responsible for daily and ongoing management responsibilities, such as:
- Staffing, to include recruiting, hiring, onboarding and employee retention
- Time off requests and timecard approvals in the Time Keeping system
- Participate in the annual performance review process
- Provide feedback for staff performance improvement and disciplinary action.
- Performs other related duties as directed
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree, associate degree or some college preferred
- A minimum of three (3) years of experience in warehouse management or distribution inventory management, preferably in home infusion
- Experience in warehousing or distribution inventory management, purchasing, pharmaceuticals, and supplies, preferred
- Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by individual State Board of Pharmacy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory
- Ability to supervise five to ten warehouse employees

The Warehouse Manager will provide leadership support for the warehouse team. The Warehouse Manager will lead and assist in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to Amerita’s patients. Additionally, the Manager will lead and assist with loading, unloading, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse; cleaning all types of medical equipment and acting as a back-up driver when needed.

Amerita, Inc. is a leading provider in home Infusion therapy. We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Delivery team as we grow to be one of the top home infusion providers in the country. The Warehouse Manager will report to the General Manager and work in our Centennial, Colorado branch.

As a core member of the Warehouse team, you will be responsible for assigning, scheduling and directing work of warehouse staff in the packaging/preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution. Loading/unloading and stocking supplies in the warehouse. Cleaning/sterilizing all types of medical equipment and acting as a back-up driver when needed.
