- Be responsible for the day-to-day management of our Warehouse Team Members
- Be responsible for Health & Safety and the Environment during shift whilst ensuring Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Drive your team members to succeed and be responsible for their own growth and development
- Meet and exceed KPI’s including time, cost and customer service
- Ensure all team members receive effective business communications daily and deliver staff engagement plans to keep your team motivated
- Operational Experience, with knowledge of Health & Safety requirements
- Be a team player with energy and enthusiasm to live and breathe our core business values and beliefs
- Be confident and able to demonstrate strong leadership behaviours and have excellent team building and motivational skills to ensure you are setting an example to the rest of the team
- Able to communicate and interact well with all support functions including stock, HR, finance and recruitment
- Excellent organisation/ time management, interpersonal, leadership, motivation and planning skills
- People Management including experience of disciplinary investigations and other people processes
- Excellent communicator (verbal & written) and able to interact at all levels and able work within a team
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Use of Microsoft Packages including Excel and Word with good analytical and numerical skills

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Manager to support the operation within our Warehouse Team at our site in Stoke-on-Trent, Trentham. This is a chance to be part of a fast paced and challenging area of work to assist the Lead Team Manager in maintaining performance of the warehouse operations.
This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working on a rotating day shift pattern, covering the hours of 07:00 to 15:00and 15:00 to 23:00, working 1 in 3 weekends. However, we do ask for some flexibility, this is logistics after all.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £33,100.00 and receive 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays .
