      About the Role

      We're looking for a Web Analytics Specialist with deep expertise in Amplitude to help shape and support our digital experience strategy. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys digging into web data, QAing event instrumentation, and building dashboards that surface meaningful insights. You'll work closely with product and engineering teams to ensure we're collecting the right data and using it to make smart decisions.

      We need a candidate with experience in implementing Amplitude.

      Hands-on experience with Amplitude (event setup, dashboards, funnel analysis).

      Key Responsibilities
      • Own the QA and ongoing validation of Amplitude tracking events to ensure clean, trustworthy data.
      • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure the right events and properties are being tracked.
      • Proactively identify data issues or anomalies and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
      • Partner with stakeholders to define and monitor key metrics that measure web performance.
      • Build and maintain Amplitude dashboards that provide visibility into site usage, conversion funnels, and customer journeys.
      • Investigate and analyze user behavior within Amplitude, translating product data into insights that inform business decisions.

      Required Qualifications
      • 3-5 years of experience in web analytics, preferably within e-commerce or subscription-based businesses.
      • Deep hands-on experience with Amplitude, including creating dashboards, analyzing funnels, and QAing event instrumentation.
      • Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, funnel analysis, and user segmentation.
      • Comfortable working in cross-functional environments and advocating for data quality and consistency.
      • Ability to interpret data, tell stories, and influence stakeholders with insights.

      Nice to Have
      • Experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI).
      • Experience with GTM and SQL is a plus
      • Experience with marketing attribution models and tools.
      • Familiarity with A/B testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO).
      • Knowledge of CRM and lifecycle marketing tools.
      • Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) or subscription billing tools.
