      Job Summary
      The Website Operations Manager plays a highly visible role supporting digital marketing and IT teams by driving the end-to-end website planning and implementation process. This role organizes sprint planning cadence, defines user stories, and ensures successful delivery of digital priorities across company-owned web platforms. You will connect key stakeholders and systems to produce the content, features, and materials that optimize user experience across customer audiences.
      Key Responsibilities
      • Drive technical Search Engine Optimization efforts to ensure the website is structured to maximize organic traffic.
      • Partner with business analysts to define and write detailed user requirements for development teams.
      • Review and test new functionality against requirements before publishing.
      • Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and manage sprint capacity and cadence for efficient continuous delivery.
      • Define the product roadmap and delivery calendar, identifying minimum viable product and enhancement phases.
      • Use analytics and testing to identify data-driven decisions.
      • Maintain and optimize a web governance structure including alerts, ticket prioritization, monitoring, troubleshooting, and site uptime.
      Required Experience
      • Prior experience in a Product Owner role.
      • Proficiency with Jira.
      • Experience partnering with IT teams and managing development sprint cycles.
      • Ability to confidently prioritize development tickets on behalf of stakeholders.
      • Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder feedback to gain consensus and drive execution.
      • Experience working with enterprise web CMS platforms (Sitecore preferred).
      • Experience managing content/configurations for new features across UAT through production.
      • Strong understanding of Agile practices (Scrum, sprint delivery, backlog grooming).
      • Bachelor’s degree required.
      Nice-to-Have Experience
      • MBA or Master’s degree.
      • Experience with Google Analytics 4 for data-informed decision-making.
      • Experience managing website translations, chatbots, customer reviews, personalization features, and site optimization strategies for both product and service offerings.
      • Demonstrated results in customer-centric digital experience design.
      • 5–8 years leading/managing website development in a large cross-functional environment.
