What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Account oversight, management, and maintenance
- Solicitation of new business and relationship building
- Providing excellent customer service and managing client expectations
- Tracking and reporting of monthly volume, client attrition, and loan quality
- Remaining up-to-date with regulatory industry standards and requirements
- Providing daily and weekly updates to executive management team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 2 Year College Degree Preferred
- 3+ Years of wholesale lending experience
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, USDA and conventional programs
- Well-developed understanding of mortgage processing, underwriting, and closing procedures
- Experience with Encompass 360/mortgage origination systems
