      Job Description

      Title: Windows/ Linux Patching Transition Lead

      Estimated Proficiency Level: SA

      Location: 100% Remote

      Terms: Fulltime

      Mandatory Skill: Windows patching(SCCM), Linux patching(ansible)

      Job Details:

      Patch planning and Vulnerability Assessment, patch policy preparation, patch testing & workflow design

      • Coordinate, facilitate, manage and control scheduled and approved change windows for infrastructure maintenance windows

      • Recognize/Finalize Security Policies and procedures and plan for implementation in relation to technologies

      • Coordinate with the Security team

      • Publishing Quarterly & Monthly Patching schedules

      • End to End - Emergency Patching Program

      • Required Technical Skills- ,Desktop Management - SCCM Domain Skills- ,Provider,Provider enrollment

      Techincal Skills- ,Linux,Ansible Domain Skills- 6.Technology DWP Core Infra Services 7.Shift Rotational 8.Roles & Responsibilities • Working on Scheduling of different Patch windows • Interaction with Director/ED from Application/Infrastructure in regards to Patching schedule changes • Chairing the Patching meetings, Management reports, SRT Calls
