      Position Responsibilities:

      - Handle inbound inquiries and provide customer support
      - Troubleshoot technical issues and assist with product inquiries
      - Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks
      - Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills
      - Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve issues effectively

      Candidate Qualifications:

      - Must be 18 years of age or older
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills
      - Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
      - Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
      - Reliable with good attendance and punctuality
      - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
      - Customer service oriented and empathetic
      - Ability to multitask and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
      - Strong team orientation and customer focus

      Compensation Details:

      - Competitive starting compensation based on experience
