Job Description

- Owner of our London office, responsible for smooth office operations & enhanced employee experience from our great office environment
- Plan, coordinate and execute engaging yet efficient catering & housekeeping programs
- Monitor and manage all M&E systems, build and execute PPM (facilities break and leakage plan), own security & safety in the office, maintenance and cleaning, providing a timely response to any office emergency situation
- Help plan and execute any office related activities such as: seating shuffles, sustainability initiatives, renovations & office move, equipment repair etc.
- Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards for environment, health and safety & COVID-19
- Source vendors & negotiate office contracts and manage relationships over time
- Help organize and execute employee life cycle activities & internal events such as: birthday celebrations, work anniversaries, company parties, offsites etc.
- Previous experience of 3-5 years in facilities positions or similar roles (fast pace environment – big plus).
- Strategic approach to planning/problem solving combined with hands-on approach. Proven organizational skills. Strong execution skills meeting short deadlines - a must.
- Strong verbal and communication skills. Work fluently and confidently in English.
- Customer centric approach.
- Proven experience with running a functional, engaging, aesthetic workplace: management of office M&E systems, workplace service providers and housekeeping & catering team
- Exceptional multitasking skills & ability to prioritize
- Previous experience with team management – advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) and email tools (as Outlook or Google calendar) - must. PM tools & ERP proficiency - an advantage.
