  Join Indotronix as an Engineering Technical Recruiter, supporting a leading client's Electronic Systems sector. This fully remote, contract role offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you'll play an integral part in shaping the technical workforce. Enjoy every other Friday off with a 9/80 work schedule while collaborating with a cohesive and supportive recruiting team.
  
  [Responsibilities]
  
  - Drive full life-cycle recruiting for core engineering positions in Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, and Computer Science disciplines
  - Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop strategic staffing plans
  - Execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified, diverse candidates
  - Screen resumes, assess candidate fit, and manage interview processes
  - Prepare candidates with comprehensive information on company culture, job expectations, and interview logistics
  - Extend offers and guide candidates through the onboarding process in compliance with company policies
  - Maintain accurate candidate documentation within the applicant tracking system (Kenexa BrassRing or similar)
  - Stay current on industry recruiting trends and innovative practices
  - Ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity and compensation guidelines
  
  [Required Skills and Experience]
  
  - Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years direct recruiting experience (additional experience may substitute degree)
  - Demonstrated success in recruiting for core engineering roles (Electrical, Mechanical, Software, Systems, Computer Science)
  - Proven expertise in high-volume, national and multi-location recruiting
  - Full life-cycle recruiting skills including sourcing, screening, networking, compliance, and closing
  - Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  - Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain confidential information
  - Internet-savvy with advanced online sourcing capabilities
  - Ability to quickly learn new processes and technical requirements
  
  [Preferred Skills]
  
  - Familiarity with aerospace/defense industry recruitment
  - Local to one of the following regions: Nashua/Hudson/Manchester/Merrimack NH; Greenlawn/Endicott NY; Totowa/Wayne NJ; Austin TX; Ft Wayne IN; Manassas VA; Huntsville AL; San Diego CA; Durham NC
