      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Own sales targets and revenue goals for defined U.S. territories and accounts
      - Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with key Aerospace & Defense customers
      - Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities in emerging technologies and programs
      - Partner with engineering to tailor product designs and specifications to customer needs
      - Track competitors, pricing, and market trends to guide strategic decision-making

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related discipline preferred
      - Minimum of 5+ years of technical sales experience in interconnect systems, RF/microwave, cable assemblies, or other engineered components
      - Proven success in developing new business and managing accounts in the Aerospace & Defense industry
      - Working knowledge of interconnect and connector manufacturing and related compliance requirements (ITAR, DFARS)
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage technical and executive audiences

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience supporting DOD contractors, primes, and major OEMs
      - Strong negotiation and strategic account management abilities
      - Comfortable reading technical drawings/specifications and discussing engineering solutions
      - Proficient in CRM tools and data-driven sales reporting
