- Support Senior Account Manager with troubleshooting/general questions during Member concerts and additional ticket pre-sales.
- Support the Senior Account Manager in the delivery of fiscal priorities and ensure our team achieves predicted renewal targets.
- Provide outstanding service through inbound and outbound calling campaigns and client meetings.
- Establish and maintain client relationships, servicing all existing Member accounts.
- Drive an emotional connection between members and our brands through supporting the ideation, development, and execution of engagement programs.
- Assist Senior Account Manager with service initiatives and programs as required including but not limited to the member relocation events, game day duties, and various member networking events both in and out of the venue.
- Maintain accurate financial administration and balancing for all accounts.
- Participate in strategic and innovative thinking exercises to challenge the status quo.
- Work in conjunction with the entire Ticket Sales Membership team to reach department goals and objectives.
- Work alongside Senior Account Manager on special projects and perform other related duties as requested.
- Be in attendance for all Raptors home games and be on call to support with any Member Mobile ticket issues/last-minute requests and inquiries.
- Organize and execute pre-game and post-game Courtside Member Experiences for all Raptors Home games.
- Be online/available for any troubleshooting/last-minute inquiries pregame for all Leafs home games.
- Work select Leafs game nights, executing seat drops, high 5 experience, etc.
- Deliver enhanced premium seating experience through in-seat delivery of gifts, first game certificates in game.
- A proactive approach toward day-to-day activities and shifting demands, demonstrating a high level of initiative, independence, and attention to detail.
- Available for TR, TML, home games, and special events, including evenings, weekends & holidays as required.
- CRM experience is required ( Ticketmaster, ARCHTICS, and Salesforce is an asset).
- Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
- Proven experience in developing sales and service relationships is ideal.
- An ongoing awareness and responsiveness to client satisfaction.
- Proven ability to build and develop professional relationships.
- Confident user of Microsoft 360 - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Proven to perform well under pressure; manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A self-starter with a mature, professional attitude and presence.
- Alert and receptive to shifting demands within a fast-paced, changing environment.

Job Description
As part of the Courtside & Premium team, you will have the unique opportunity to support the team on a day-to-day basis with a wide range of initiatives and have the opportunity to gain knowledge and experience across the Raptors and Leaf Brands, as well as the SBA and CCC venues.
