What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process and complete incoming general supply order requests accurately and timely
- Communicate with clients via phone, fax, and email to address inquiries and provide support
- Research and resolve order-related issues to maintain client satisfaction
- Maintain electronic logs and documentation related to client interactions and orders
- Collaborate with internal departments to expedite workflow and resolve issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a laboratory or toxicology setting
- Familiarity with order processing systems and workflows
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
