You're a strategic thinker who can navigate complex challenges while inspiring teams to deliver their best work. You excel at building relationships, both with clients and cross-functional teams, and are passionate about helping brands reach their full potential.

If you're motivated by great work, energized by variety, and eager to make a difference, we want to hear from you. Previous experience supporting brands in consumer services, lifestyle, or dining sectors is a plus but not required.

      • 7+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a creative agency setting.
      • Strong understanding of integrated marketing, branding, and digital strategies.
      • Proven ability to lead client relationships and drive successful campaigns from start to finish.
      • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      • Experience managing and mentoring teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
      • Proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
      • Ability to work both strategically and tactically to achieve client objectives.
      • Experience in paid/organic social and influencer marketing

      • Provide clear and actionable feedback to teams to ensure work aligns with client objectives and agency standards.
      • Manage client budgets, ensuring financial accountability and profitability for the agency.
      • Understand the macro goals and micro nuances of the client's business better than anyone else on the team.
      • Identify opportunities for making great work and proactively present ideas to clients.
      • Support new business initiatives, including pitches and proposals.
      • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and development.
