- Bay Area local, willing to work in our San Francisco office three days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- 7+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in a creative agency setting.
- Strong understanding of integrated marketing, branding, and digital strategies.
- Proven ability to lead client relationships and drive successful campaigns from start to finish.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing and mentoring teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment.
- Proficiency in managing budgets, timelines, and resources.
- Ability to work both strategically and tactically to achieve client objectives.
- Experience in paid/organic social and influencer marketing
- Experience in QSR, Consumer Packaged Goods, or Retail industries is a bonus
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering trust and ensuring satisfaction.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and creative initiatives.
- Partner with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver innovative solutions that meet client goals.
- Provide clear and actionable feedback to teams to ensure work aligns with client objectives and agency standards.
- Manage client budgets, ensuring financial accountability and profitability for the agency.
- Understand the macro goals and micro nuances of the client's business better than anyone else on the team.
- Identify opportunities for making great work and proactively present ideas to clients.
- Support new business initiatives, including pitches and proposals.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering professional growth and development.
- Stay informed on industry trends and insights to bring fresh ideas to client engagements.
- Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000

You're a strategic thinker who can navigate complex challenges while inspiring teams to deliver their best work. You excel at building relationships, both with clients and cross-functional teams, and are passionate about helping brands reach their full potential.

Location:
Barrett Hofherr is a hybrid workplace. We are in our San Francisco Office Tues-Thurs with WFH days Mon/Fri. Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
