What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and manage leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and utilize solution-based selling to showcase the employer's value
- Negotiate and close deals effectively
- Participate in skill development and product training sessions
- Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Experience in outside B2B sales
- Ability to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment requiring multi-tasking
- Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in negotiation and closing deals with effective communication skills
- Familiarity with sales force automation tools and managing sales funnels
