What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals, maintaining clarity and momentum at every stage
- Drive consistent growth in the sales pipeline through disciplined outbound activity and creative prospecting strategies
- Conduct consultative conversations to identify customer needs and translate them into value for Sertifi by Flywire
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals with a focus on predictability and strong deal hygiene
- Collaborate closely with product, operations, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospect to signed deal
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS
- Proven ability to drive personal activity and maintain high momentum
- Strong emotional intelligence (EQ) and sound judgment in navigating conversations
- Resilience and a steady approach in fast-changing environments
- Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM and disciplined use of data
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in payments, travel, or hospitality industries is helpful, though not required
- A consultative selling approach with a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly
