What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Reach out to health plan members to guide them in scheduling care assessments
- Encourage members to take proactive steps in managing their health
- Maintain a high pace while achieving meaningful goals in member engagement
- Utilize technology effectively while ensuring a human touch in conversations
- Build trust and rapport with members, especially during challenging calls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED (required and verified during background check)
- Strong computer skills, including data entry and screen navigation
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and compassionate tone
- Great oral and written communication skills, along with genuine empathy for others
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in healthcare
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to schedules
- Familiarity with telecommunication technology and multi-monitor setups
