What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support clinical operations by building and maintaining workflows for patient and therapist onboarding
- Track and report on key operational metrics such as retention, NPS, clinical outcomes, and billing performance
- Collaborate with clinical and product teams to provide insights that enhance care delivery and patient engagement
- Work with engineering and design to translate frontline insights into product features
- Assist in identifying bottlenecks and improving onboarding experiences for new patients
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-5 years of experience in an analytical or operational role
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in producing clean work
- Proficient with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis
- Familiarity with SQL or other analytical tools is a plus
- Experience using AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar for efficiency
