What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with user needs and technical specifications
- Lead user acceptance testing, documenting results and coordinating issue resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and business issues in collaboration with stakeholders
- Create detailed documentation of business systems, processes, and software requirements
- Monitor project status, identify risks, and manage new work requests from concept through implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or testing
- High-level knowledge of business products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
