- Have a keen understanding of national security requirements, especially relating to signals intelligence, cyber, or technical operations
- Have proven success in defense sales, defense acquisitions, or national security experience at the interagency-level
- Leverage channel partners for sales attainment
- Cultivate long term relationships by using customer centric sales approach
- Have the ability to effectively communicate across all organizational levels
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical colleagues to deliver positive experiences to potential customers
- Are a self starter with a strong work ethic, and can work with little daily oversight.
- Have negotiated complex SaaS and service deals with procurement teams
- Make the best use of CRM platforms and emerging sales tools
- Within 30 days
- You will have completed a list of prospects and completed an initial reach
- Received new sales leads and existing portfolios
- Introduce yourself to any current customers in your territory
- Within 60 days
- You will have developed an outreach cadence for yourself and business development
- Reach out to your network to introduce Flashpoint
- By 90 days
- You will have completed all the sales training on products
- Started to generate new pipeline
- Completed demo’s and POV’s with the assigned Solutions Architect
- Be well on your way to closing new or upsell business deals
- a proven track record in defense sales, acquisitions, or interagency experience with a background in signals intelligence, cyber, EW, technical operations.
- an understanding of the products and the outcomes you are consultative selling
- a willingness to travel to clients in the United States and Canada, when required
- a desire to not only build pipelines, but own deals to close
