What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Become an expert on the employer’s product and conduct discovery calls, customized demos, and presentations to prospective customers
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their existing and future IT roadmap
- Prospect qualification and development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
- Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory through strategic sales planning
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, professional services, marketing, legal, and finance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales objectives in technical solutions and software products
- Demonstrable experience in executing enterprise complex sales strategies in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, Data Science, or AI/ML
- Familiarity with a solution-based approach to selling and managing complex sales processes
- Ability to define and execute sales plans to meet strategic and financial targets
- Proven capability to independently manage, develop, and close new client relationships
