What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement sales strategies to consistently meet or exceed quotas
- Move leads from qualified prospects to closed customers
- Monitor market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' offerings
- Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with external contacts and internal departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of direct software sales experience
- Proven experience selling business management solutions requiring deep discovery and executive alignment
- Ability to manage high-velocity and high-complexity deals in a mid-market business environment
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools, including presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a track record of identifying customer needs

- 3+ years of industry experience
- Demonstrable history of above-target performance in a startup environment
- Proven ability to lead an effective sales process and close new business
- Comprehensive knowledge of company offerings and industry trends
