What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and work on leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the company's value
- Negotiate and close deals with new clients
- Develop skills in prospecting and relationship management through training and mentorship
- Maintain and grow the customer base within a designated territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with strong multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Effective negotiation and closing skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Experience in a commissioned sales environment
