What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate leads and work in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
- Recommend wireless solutions to customers, demonstrating T-Mobile's value
- Negotiate and close deals with small and medium-sized businesses
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership
- Utilize sales force automation to manage the sales funnel and report on sales activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
- Outside B2B sales experience
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multi-tasking
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

- Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail
- Effective negotiating and closing skills, including emotional intelligence and problem-solving
