We have an opportunity for a Teleflex Surgical Account Manager to cover the South Region consisting of Cornwall,
Dorset, Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, Berkshire, East Sussex, Hampshire, Isle of Wight, Kent, Surrey, & West Sussex.
Do you have a solid background in medical sales? Or a clinical background with a strong interest in laparoscopic surgery and
looking to use your skills in a different way? If you want to join a growing, ambitious and dynamic organisation, we would like to
      hear from you.

      Principal Responsibilities

      • You will be responsible for the promotional activity on your territory. This includes the full sales process and any local
marketing and customer engagement activity including clinical support & education
      • Your key customers will be theatre-based staff – including but not exclusively, surgeons, theatre nursing staff and
      procurement professionals
      • You will be in a challenging and stimulating role, often working within the clinical environment, alongside the surgeon to
advise on the appropriate use of the product during the surgical procedure and collecting feedback on the product
      portfolio
      • Other activities will include managing contracts, negotiating with procurement and attending marketing and internal
training events both in the UK and occasionally overseas

      Education / Experience Requirements

capability to learn a high level of scientific and clinical content. For this, any and all qualifications that prove the ability to
learn complex information, with analytical and critical thinking is required
      • Whilst full training is given, this role suits an individual who thrives from autonomy, with an aptitude for technical &
clinically challenging products. The successful candidate should be self-starting, eager to learn new skills and happy to
work outside of their comfort zone
      • They should be a strong team player, analytical, and have a good level of IT literacy. This role requires confidence
working with clinicians at a level to position products in a variety of clinical scenarios
      • Understanding business in the current UK healthcare market is desirable, however, at minimum you must be able to
demonstrate examples of previous experience working in a multilevel setting
      • If you are a confident individual, who can operate with various levels and functions, demonstrate a true partnership with
clients / customers, this role will suit you
      • Surgical sales experience is preferred, but all types of experiences that can demonstrate transferrable skills will be
      considered
      • You must be based on territory

      Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

      • This role would suit an individual who is currently selling into the surgical environment or similar. Alternatively, someone

      • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
      • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
      • Ability to work successfully with a diverse group of people and be a team player
      • Ability to multi-task and navigate competing priorities
      • Ability to work independently and display initiative
      • Continuous improvement and results orientation
      • Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to relate to employees at all levels of the organisation
      • Good presentation skills
      • Excellent organisational, planning and decision-making skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through while
