What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial clients, building strong relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Translate client objectives into measurable program strategies, aligning performance metrics with business goals
- Lead the delivery of program performance reviews, including reports and executive-level insights
- Identify opportunities for account growth and optimization in collaboration with business development teams
- Manage client KPIs and SLAs, ensuring consistent performance and timely delivery of commitments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or analytics-driven roles
- Proven experience managing client relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data and translating insights into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare, SaaS, or managed services environments
- Proficiency in reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel modeling, or data analysis techniques
- Understanding of data integration processes and system performance monitoring
- Client-focused mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
