What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve clients’ fundraising and engagement goals through strategic initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage day-to-day client relationships
- Research and develop direct mail fundraising and communication strategies
- Analyze campaign data to assess effectiveness and inform future strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to manage resources, project timelines, and creative concepts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 to 3 years of general work experience, including internships and part-time positions
- Strong quantitative reasoning skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, particularly Excel
- Excellent writing and editing skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to take initiative and collaborate effectively with team members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in direct mail communications, fundraising, and/or marketing
- Experience in client management
- Familiarity with political campaigns, nonprofits, or interactive marketing companies
