      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support a large, pooled portfolio of customers, guiding deployment and establishing healthy usage habits
      - Deliver high-impact engagements across onboarding, activation, and value milestones for customers
      - Host and moderate training webinars to assist customers with best practices and configuration
      - Respond to inbound customer requests professionally, ensuring a quality customer experience
      - Monitor customer health and execute intervention playbooks to drive successful outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role, preferably in a SaaS environment
      - Strong communication skills across written and verbal channels, tailoring messages for diverse audiences
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
      - Detail-oriented, resourceful, and a creative problem solver
      - Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and work collaboratively with teams

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with 1Password or related cybersecurity experience
      - Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar tools
