What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Promote products to meet/exceed sales goals in community/private practices and hospitals/health systems
- Comply with all company policies and effectively manage field assets
- Identify customer needs and address them with appropriate resources
- Deliver education and clinical training for healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with other Account Specialists to execute training within hospital/health system accounts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred, or relevant industry experience required
- At least five (5) years of relevant technical experience, with three (3) or more years of sales experience preferred
- Ability to manage complex sales and communicate technical information effectively
- Valid driver's license and ability to meet hospital credentialing/vaccination requirements
- Documented history of strong sales performance in a clinical/technical/consultative sales role preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a clinical/technical/consultative sales role with multiple decision-makers
- Previous experience in a similar therapeutic area or specialty
- Strong presentation and training skills
- Familiarity with health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing processes
