      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Promote products to meet and exceed sales goals in community/private practices and hospitals/health systems
      - Identify and address customer needs by utilizing AbbVie resources for training, clinical support, and reimbursement
      - Provide education and clinical/injection training for healthcare professionals
      - Deliver expert anatomical and procedural information while training on injection techniques
      - Collaborate with team members to execute training and promotional initiatives within accounts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy, or business-related field preferred; relevant industry experience required
      - Minimum of five (5) years of technical experience, with three (3) or more years in sales preferred
      - Experience with Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy products in health systems or private practice
      - Ability to travel for territory coverage and attend overnight training events and sales meetings
      - Must meet all applicable healthcare industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Documented history of strong sales performance in a clinical/technical/consultative sales role
      - Ability to learn and communicate complex procedural, technical, and clinical information quickly
      - Experience working with multiple decision-makers in healthcare settings
      - Familiarity with the healthcare industry's sales processes and customer engagement strategies
