What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage customers to gather job requirements and translate them into detailed manufacturing instructions
- Provide quality review for Account Specialists to ensure accuracy in production
- Coordinate production with internal plants and external vendors as needed
- Monitor progress of jobs throughout production and ensure final product meets customer requirements
- Tally final production runs and prepare paperwork for billing purposes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant administrative/operational support experience
- Excellent knowledge of functional area related to the job
- Advanced knowledge of technology, including MS Office or MAC word processing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed

- Experience in manufacturing operations or office environment
- Additional education certification in relevant field
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience overseeing junior staff or reviewing work for accuracy
