What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the Accounts Payable team, providing coaching and mentoring while delivering clear feedback
- Manage escalated invoice processing requests to ensure timely and accurate completion
- Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor payment terms, and maintain accountability
- Monitor team performance, response times, and issue resolutions to meet established targets
- Prepare and present reports on team metrics and process health for leadership review
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of accounts payable experience with a strong ability to manage discrepancies and workflows
- High attention to detail and accuracy with a proven track record of quality work
- Experience in providing coaching or guidance within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and a solid understanding of accounts payable processes and compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel, with a willingness to learn new systems

- Experience leading an AP team or project, demonstrating the ability to motivate and drive results
- Contributions to process improvements or automation initiatives that enhance workflow efficiency
