      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily operations of the Accounts Payable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payables
      - Develop and deliver financial reports and analysis to management on a weekly and monthly basis
      - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline Accounts Payable processes
      - Lead month-end and fiscal year-end close processes, including entries and reconciliations
      - Serve as the Accounts Payable subject matter expert during audits, coordinating necessary documentation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
      - 5+ years of experience in Accounts Payable management or related fields, including leadership roles
      - Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated success in implementing process improvements
      - Proven ability to develop, mentor, and lead high-performing teams
      - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the retail industry, particularly with "big box" retailers
      - Knowledge of supply chain and distribution processes
      - Familiarity with NetSuite (or Oracle) ERP systems
