      • Monitor Go High Level system
      • Check automated email campaigns
      • Ensure the 4-email sequence is running correctly
      • Make sure prospects are receiving messages
      • Respond to incoming communication
      • Reply to emails from prospects
      • Respond to WhatsApp messages
      • Handle basic inquiries
      • Manage meeting scheduling
      • Monitor the calendar for meetings booked by prospects
      • Ensure meetings are properly scheduled
      • Flag new meetings for CEO and his partner
      • Lead list management
      • Upload CSV prospect lists into Go High Level
      • Maintain and update contact lists
      • Perform data scraping from LinkedIn
      • Weekly updates
      • Provide a summary of completed work
      • Report on system activity and responses received

      Skill Set
      • Strong administrative support experience • Excellent written English communication • Ability to respond to emails and messages professionally • Ability to organize and manage prospect data • Ability to follow SOPs and structured systems • Must be residing in the Philippines
