      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage overall business activities and clerical functions for the department while supervising support staff
      - Assist in the recruitment of staff and support personnel
      - Develop, integrate, and monitor systems for departmental use
      - Coordinate fiscal activities, including preparing and monitoring budgets
      - Assist the Department Head/Chair in strategic planning and goal setting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
      - Minimum of 3 years of related experience
      - Strong understanding of budget preparation and monitoring
      - Ability to coordinate research grants and contracts
      - Exceptional organizational and supervisory skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in healthcare management or related fields
      - Familiarity with compliance and internal control mechanisms
      - Proven track record of successful project management
