What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate a high volume of inbound and outbound calls from prospective clients, families, and referral sources
- Build trust and gather demographic information, presenting problems, and treatment histories from clients and families
- Clearly communicate financial policies, payment options, and financial assistance programs
- Maintain meticulous client records and documentation via Salesforce
- Ensure timely coordination and communication with all prospective clients and referral sources
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1-5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare admissions
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets in sales or client admissions roles
- Experience with Salesforce and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to work on a shift-based schedule
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with HIPAA policies
- Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health context
- Strong proficiency in multitasking and operating in a high-paced environment
