      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate the Acute Rehabilitation admission, referral, and PPS systems
      - Assist with coverage during staff shortages
      - Support staff training initiatives
      - Manage pre-screening referrals and patient admission processes
      - Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associates Degree in Nursing
      - Current Illinois Registered Nurse License
      - Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in a healthcare setting
      - BLS certification preferred
      - Strong organizational and communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in acute rehabilitation settings
      - Familiarity with patient referral and admission processes
      - Leadership experience in a healthcare environment
