What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead hosted event programs designed for targeted customer segments, from intimate gatherings to larger regional experiences
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Strategy & Growth to shape overall event strategy and alignment with business goals
- Own event planning, timelines, vendor coordination, on-site execution, and post-event evaluations
- Source and manage hotels for meetings and conferences, ensuring a smooth guest experience
- Plan and coordinate entertainment and dining experiences that reflect the employer's culture and enhance customer engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in event coordination, trade show management, or marketing operations
- Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and event logistics
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and CRM/marketing systems (e.g., Microsoft Project, Salesforce)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing larger-scale events or conferences
- Familiarity with AI-powered technologies and their application in event management
- Previous roles in customer engagement or relationship management
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and its trends
- Additional certifications in event planning or project management
