      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Drive sales by maximizing productivity on the sales floor and in fitting rooms to enhance guest loyalty
      - Coach the team to deliver an outstanding guest experience while maintaining brand merchandising standards
      - Recruit, hire, and train strong talent to ensure the store is well-staffed and operates effectively
      - Provide ongoing performance feedback and conduct team development plans and performance reviews
      - Execute daily operational procedures while ensuring the store and fitting rooms meet visual standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in retail management with a proven track record of leading teams
      - Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail and effective time management skills
      - Understanding of employment law and the ability to lead and develop teams
      - Business acumen and strategic thinking to drive sales and meet KPIs
      - Flexible availability to work various shifts based on guest shopping times
