What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and test AI-powered bots and workflow automations for various IT processes
- Support prompt engineering, tool configuration, and data validation for Generative AI tools
- Assist in implementing Ambient AI systems to monitor IT environments and trigger actions
- Partner with business units to identify automation opportunities and document processes
- Create documentation and guides for new Generative AI tools and conduct training sessions
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on AI/ML projects
- Exposure to scripting and automation tools such as Python, PowerShell, or RPA
- Understanding of ITIL service processes including incident and change management
- Knowledge of agile development methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail in technical documentation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience deploying IT chatbots and automation solutions
- Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks and Ambient AI systems
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- A strong academic record demonstrating an interest in technology and data
