      The Aircraft Dispatcher reports to the Manager, Flight Operations and is responsible for the planning and monitoring of ongoing corporate and shuttle aircraft operations to ensure the highest levels of safety, regulatory compliance, and service. This position provides executive trip planning support, pre‑flight trip planning, and real‑time operational coordination for domestic and international corporate Part 91 flight operations.

      The Aircraft Dispatcher works in close coordination with the Manager of Flight Operations, Chief Pilot, Manager of Aircraft Maintenance, Executive Trip Planners, and external service providers to manage operational factors affecting the safety, efficiency, and execution of company aircraft missions.

      Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

      • Monitor active corporate flight operations and provide continuous flight following to maintain operational awareness and support safe decision-making.
      • Plans, coordinates, and oversees daily corporate shuttle operations, including managing flight reservations, processing passenger itinerary updates, and executing schedule adjustments or cancellations as required.
      • Prepare domestic and international flight plans considering ATC restrictions, weather conditions, aircraft performance, and regulatory requirements.
      • Assess and recommend suitable departure, destination, and alternate airports based on runway performance, ramp limitations, fuel availability, security, customs, handling capabilities, and operational risk.
      • Provide executive trip planning logistical support, including pre‑trip research, documentation, and itinerary preparation.
      • Coordinate all international trip logistics, including overflight and landing permits, customs and APIS compliance, ground handling, and fuel arrangements.
      • Prepare trip manifests, master trip documents, and operational briefing materials.
      • Coordinate with Fleet Captains and Flight Operations leadership to verify crew availability, currency, and regulatory compliance prior to dispatch.
      • Coordinate with the Training Team to verify required training compliance and crew qualification status.
      • Maintain accurate operational records and ensure compliance with company policies, FAA regulations, and applicable international requirements.
      • Prepares and organizes monthly chargeback and operational data; proficient in Excel with the ability to present complex statistics through charts and graphs.
      • Provide after-hours, weekend, and on-call operational support as required.

      Required Qualifications:

      • FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate required
      • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in corporate aviation, or Part 135 flight operations.
      • Demonstrate knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, flight planning, aircraft performance, and aviation meteorology.
      • Proven experience coordinating international flight operations and associated regulatory and logistical requirements.
      • Strong operational judgment, decision-making, and risk assessment skills.
      • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with flight crews, executives, and external service providers.
      • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, time‑critical operational environment.

      Preferred Qualifications:

      • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
      • Gulfstream 650ER and/or Embraer Praetor 600 flight planning experience
      • Corporate shuttle flight operations experience

      Relocation Options:

      Relocation will not be considered.

      Expatriate assignments will not be considered.
