What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate clinical dialogue to drive product demand and meet customer needs
- Develop strategic territory business plans to drive superior results
- Collaborate with various teams to address customer needs and provide support
- Analyze market data to gain insights and engage with customers
- Lead planning meetings with key partners to solve customer problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus
- 2+ years' experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, biotech, or similar sales role
- Strong ability to collaborate and communicate clinical product information
- Self-starter with analytic abilities and ethical leadership skills
- Ability to travel 60-80% over a broad geography and possess a valid driver's license
