  Perform daily functions such as
  
  Provide premium quality client service to Financial Advisors and clients invested in Alternative Investment products; ensuring deadlines are always met
  
  Your role will include the preparation and review of Net Asset Value files, as well as ensuring all client account values are updated accurately and timely, by agreed deadlines.
  
  This role offers the chance to grow and learn within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  
  Establish yourself as a trusted partner for Financial Advisors and our clients.
  
  Identify opportunities for process improvements, reduce risks, strengthen controls and increase field and client satisfaction.

  Your team

  You’ll be working in the Wealth Management Alternative Investments team in Pune. We support all operational aspects associated with our high net worth/ ultra-high net worth client investments in Alternative Investment products.

  Your expertise

  Review and analyze monthly and/or quarterly Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) received from fund administrators.
  
  Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies noted during the NAV and Capital Activity (Redemption, Dividends, Distributions) file build process
  
  Review fund, share class, and investor allocations
  
  Review and reconcile payments received against Capital Activity data prior to processing
  
  Resolve queries and provide account support
  
  Streamline operational processes to reduce risk and improve efficiency
  
  Excellent client service orientation and proven ability to deal with external fund companies
  
  
  
  College or university degree in accounting, business, or finance
  
  Ability to work in a team environment
  
  Strong research and problem-solving skills
  
  Strong understanding of accounting principles and valuation methodologies
  
  Experience with Fund Valuation and or Transfer Agency / Investor Servicing a plus
  
  Experience with Alternative Investment products (Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Credit and Real Estate) or similar products (e.g., Mutual Funds, ETFs)
  
  Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, macros, vlookups, etc.)
  
  Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  
  Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with various stakeholders at different levels
