Perform daily functions such as
Provide premium quality service to Financial Advisors and clients invested in Alternative Investment products; ensuring deadlines are always met
Your role will include the preparation and review of Net Asset Value files, as well as ensuring all client account values are updated accurately and timely, by agreed deadlines.
This role offers the chance to grow and learn within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Establish yourself as a trusted partner for Financial Advisors and our clients.
Evaluate procedures and processes with focus on continued improvement, reduce risks, strengthen controls and increase field and client satisfaction.
Reconciliation of ledgers, events, and trades

We are looking for professionals who can quickly learn processes and add value by implementing best practices in OperationsYour expertise
10+ years of applicable work experience
Ability to effectively analyze complex processes, identify and resolve issues.
Manage the timely and accurate execution of daily deliverables.
Recognize and effectively manage risk
Precisely execute detail orientated tasks
Prioritize multiple issues while delivering within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Review and analyze monthly and/or quarterly Net Asset Valuations (NAVs) received from fund administrators.
Investigate and resolve variances and discrepancies noted during the NAV and Capital Activity (Redemption, Dividends, Distributions) file build process
Act as a key contact, resolve complex issues, manage day-to-day fund inquiries, and ensure high service quality
Proactively identify risks through data review and implement mitigation strategies.
Identify and implement process enhancements to support client needs and organizational goalsAbout us
