- Provide direction, guidance and information to vehicle operations
- Communicate with client, dispatch team, managers, and other suppliers regarding changes to regular activities
- Manage and enhance customer service and passenger safety
- Report vehicular deficiencies, accidents, and incidents as required
- Monitor traffic to avoid and/or reduce exposure to heavily congested areas
- Assist in accident investigations, reporting, filing, and corrective actions
- Coordinate daily rider flow
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with riders and clients with clarity, tact and courtesy
- Basic understanding and experience with computers and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong performer independently or in a team setting
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Must be qualified to work in the United States
- Must have 3 years dispatching experience.
- Ability to juggle various responsibilities and tasks while maintaining focus in an active environment

Hallcon is a rider experience company focused on providing diverse transportation services to exciting clients across multiple modes such as fixed route, commuter, shuttles, on-demand, and microtransit.
This role will manage Commuter/last mile routes, On-Demand services, driver schedules, and other assignments as needed so that routes are serviced safely and on-time.
Schedule: Monday through Friday 4:30am - 1:00pm
