  Description:

  • Possess a fundamental understanding of Insurance and Reinsurance concepts, including Treaty and Facultative Business.
  • Experienced in setting up renewals folders, quote sheets, placement monitors, and preparing draft slips for renewals.
  • Skilled in setting up risk within the Open Twins application using signed slips and opening memos.
  • Proficient in generating Evidence of Cover for clients and liaising with the onshore team to secure necessary signatures.
  • Adept at handling queries and resolving them promptly through knowledge and process experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities complemented by excellent communication skills.
  • Successfully standardized processes by identifying and eliminating gaps.
  • A committed team player and quick learner.
