What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in assessments of business units and vendors for accuracy and compliance
- Collect and reconcile data from operations, maintaining relevant metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for process improvement
- Support data collection and reporting for rating agencies and annual reviews
- Provide regular updates to management regarding outstanding items or deadlines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or Economics preferred
- 0 - 2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Servicing & Asset Management
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior experience with Microsoft Visio preferred
- Proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Ability to multitask and manage varied workloads under pressure
