      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist in assessments of business units and vendor functions for accuracy and compliance
      - Collect and reconcile data from operations while maintaining servicing and asset management metrics
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas of process improvement
      - Participate in data collection and reporting for rating agencies and annual reviews
      - Provide regular updates to management regarding outstanding items or deadlines

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - An Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or Economics
      - 0 - 2 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Servicing & Asset Management
      - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
      - Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with Microsoft Visio preferred
      - Strong focus and attention to detail
      - Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills
      - Ability to work well under pressure and manage varied workloads
